Sooner or later we all disappoint each other. Most of the time, we get over it.
What’s really concerning is when your country not only disappoints you but disturbs you profoundly. How do you recover from that?
I’m not that smart. Fact is I’m rather naïve. But……………..
Even I can clearly recognize this crisis.
We are a nation of over 300 hundred million people. Surely we can do better than Hillary and Donald. Surely. Come on folks.
In November I’ll close my eyes – hold my nose – and pull the lever for one of these pretenders. We must believe God is on our side because if he/she isn’t, well, let us pray.
P.S. A good friend of mine believes what’s going on is a generational revolution against the old guard Democrats and Republicans. God I hope so.
