Graham crackers are evil. Trust me. I know.
When I was teenager, I liked to smear them with butter. It made a good snack.
Those years in college and the Army I strayed. Graham cracker void.
Now, in my twilight years, I’ve rediscovered them. Not the cinnamon variety. No siree. The Graham cracker purist I am.
I’ve become addicted. If they are in the kitchen, I’ll munch till the box is empty. Ahhhhh, sweet heaven.
Well, seems there is a price to pay for the devils snack. And the devil is in the details. Let’s see…..130 calories – total fat 3 g – potassium 50mg – all good.
Aha. There’s the demon. That insidious ingredient. Dietary Fiber 1g (4%)
Do Not – I repeat – Do Not – under any circumstances – combine Graham crackers with Prune juice.

And, of course, nobody cares, but I cannot go through life without commenting. It is what I do. Well, the first thing I can say is there is help for you, but Dr. Phil seems to be busy. Graham Crackers as a source of fiber….hmmm….kind of a shitty thought.
Well, you know the Mrs. and yours truly no longer eat things like Graham Crackers, but I shore did love ’em when we did succumb to those unhealthy things back in ’13 and before. Nowadays on our new eating plan, on which we plan to stay, over 10 months now, I have only two items which seem to be difficult to leave alone, and both have similar consequences to that which you have alluded. I guess we run in the same circles at times. (If you don’t get that, please call me, immediately.) The two items are dried dates and cashews (especially if roasted in peanut oil, which is a no-no on our plan.)
I leave you with this. If 4 out of 5 people suffer from diarrhea, does that mean that 1 enjoys it??
